Finally, it is happening, 2024 Topps has an official design! Release Date appears to be mid February at the moment.
Earlier today Topps took to twitter to unveil it’s 2024 Topps flagship design and it is being met with a host of fairly positive feedback so far! One of the standout qualities of the design is a very thick border, which is a welcome sign to may collectors! Check it out….
While I am not so excited about some of the text, I do like the border and the appeal it carries for collectors. That said, it looks like Topps is going with some sort disco cosmic thing. I am not huge on the text and don’t particularly care for the fuzzy airbrushed looking detail at the bottom. Here are a few more….
I have seen worse (2020 & 2021 may take the cake for worst?) but I am not sure I personally like the new design. It may be attractive to some? We wont really know until they are in hand, but the picks give an idea. Anyhow, let me know your thoughts and thanks for reading!
